Nurse Clinics

We provide a nurse clinic on Thursday mornings between 10 AM and 1 PM at our Edgware surgery. If you need to have a wound dressed, a dressing changed or wound review please ask reception team for a nurse appointment during this clinic.

Please note if you have been instructed to use specialist dressings such as for example packing a cavity wound or dressing burn you will need to let us know this in advance so that we can ensure we have the correct dressings and materials in stock prior to your attendance.

GP Dressing Changes

Our general practitioners can also attend to your wound but may not have the same wound care competencies as our experience nurse practitioner. Therefore, if you are booking a GP appointment for a wound dressing please inform our reception team so that we can ensure you are booked in with the GP who can offer you the best and most appropriate care.
